The first thing you'll notice about our winery is that we aren't located on a vineyard - we're right in historic downtown Jordan, Minnesota.
When our winemaker Josie Boyle started Mousse, she knew she wanted to buy grapes from local growers so she could focus on what she does best: making delicious sparkling wines.
Our tasting room is a beautifully restored space that blends rustic elegance with a modern love for all things bubbly.
When you visit, our friendly team will guide you through our handcrafted sparkling wines, helping you find your next favorite wine.
On a sunny day, take your glass out to our scenic patio—an oasis in the heart of downtown. Settle in with a flight or a bottle, soak up the fresh air, and enjoy the company of good friends.

Premium Sparkling Wines
We offer Minnesota's widest selection of house-made méthode champenoise (Champagne-style), Charmat method (Prosecco-style), and carbonated sparkling wines made from Minnesota-grown grapes.
Hard Ciders
We offer a few hard cider options in our tasting room made from our cidery friends around Minnesota.
Still Wines
We understand that not everyone likes bubbles all the time, so our range of House Wines are friendly and approachable, without bubbles.
Mimosas and Specialty Cocktails
We offer mimosas every day, with a rotating menu of seasonal specialty wine cocktails.
Small Plates and Desserts
We offer a simple selection of cheese and charcuterie plates to our guests. Gluten-free options are available. We also welcome you to bring in your own food if you'd like.

Oh my word!! I needed this breath of fresh air! ALL of the wines were spectacular (we had 4 flights) the charcuterie was DELISH. And the palette cleanse was POPCORN! Perfect. The fact that all the grapes are Minnesota grown is how it should be. Lindsay and Ellie were fabulous hosts! We will be back many times !! Especially to pick up our wine club order💓💓💓💓

Visiting for the weekend and they have a unique lineup of Minnnesota-made sparking wines. I’m not a huge wine person but the menu is helpful: Listing wines by how sweet or dry they are. Spoiled by a nice Minnesota day and enjoyed the patio. Staff were helpful in recommending wines to pick out and try!

This is a great place for sparkling wine lovers. Great atmosphere, reasonable pricing and generous pours on the tastings and mixed drink options. We celebrated my husband's birthday here and had the best time. Laura our wine tasting host was wonderful and a lot of fun! She was really good to us and made our first visit here pretty special. Even my husband wants to go back and he doesn't usually drink sparkling wine! :) They use grapes from Minnesota and Wisconsin, it's nice to support something local.
